Hello, I live in Peru and I want to become a permanent resident in Canada. I know that I can put a form in the embassy now and pay the fees, and maybe in five to six months I will be asked to send the documents that complete my application.
The question is, what civil status should I write in the forms if now i am single, but I am planning to get married in three months? should I tell them that I am married or single?.
Thank you very much for your response.
Martha.

(in reply to: Simplified application process and marriage) Hi for your help guys? ... I wonder what happens if I am single and I change my marital status after that ... will my bf have a chance to go with me to canada in case I am given the residency?. What happens with the application fees?
Thanks God you are in the other side of the screen.
Martha
