Guys,
I will land by car on the buffalo/toronto border.However I will be returning the same day by car.
Can you please advise how do we show the funds during landing. I mean what kind of docs should I have from bank. Do I have to physically have the funds trnasfer from my account to an accont in Canada.

Traveler´s checks for the required amount or a bank statement should work.
Why are you coming back the same day? Don´t you wanna enjoy your new life in Canada?

Traveller´s cheques are fine. If you are planning to stay then TC´s are the best way to go.
There are quite a few people who land by showing their US bank statement only, if the funds are easily transferable to Canada.
