Dear all,
Let me tell you frankly, I have no idea about the background though read a lot of time from different members, but in my case I never have receive any thing like that. Secondly, I contact to this form when I wrote to you (Romantic Warrior) & Sharon to help me about Rasolzadeh Class, a letter send by some lawyer?s group circulated to my address and on and behalf of you (Romantic Warrior) and Sharon I ignore the letter. (To me its prove a great befit of this form)
I don?t think my case was fastest or complete in record time! Actually I was looking some what 8 to 12 months but that took me too finished in 14. I have few friends of mine you applied in the year 2003 and got there visa within 8-10 months.
As I write in my letter above, that CIC response me without any delay or pause, may be because I update my all documents with very quick and smooth way, for example, send my medical from Bahrain along with a letter mentioning the reason why I am submitting from Bahrain (Supported with working letter), my police certificate supporting with CPR copy like wise each and every details as I feel (by using my common sense) they might required to confirmed in letter stage I forward before they demands.
As far as my points concerns, when I complete my application in 99 it was around 81, because I was quite busy with my job in Bahrain, I did not reply or check any mail they send to my address (in Pakistan). Then again in September?2003, before coming to Bahrain after vacations I re-submitted my application under news criterion for selection.
RW, you are correct that my case was the fastest if you compare from where is applied (Pakistan and move to Bahrain). My experience is I never use wrong information to the CIC office, what ever I have, I submitted. No wrong information, no short cut to complete process, thoroughly check my each and every document before handed to post office. I 100% fill in and checked the documents by myself and never seek any help from any lawyer or syndicate service to assess me and last but not least a complete faith in God.

Salman, u didn´ tell me how many points did u collect against the pass mark?? Do u speak French, have master, have relatives, job offer, what is over had speeded up your case, just guide us.

INSHALLAH, I told you I never check my point in the news immigration rules, before it was 81 point. No, I don?t have French speaking ability, I have B.E computer Software engineering from Karachi, Pakistan, then Bachelors in Commerce (B.COM), 15 years of experience in IT (Information technology field, perhaps this could speed up my file), my wife have one blood relative (we have other also, but one name we mention in our application).
You asked me to say something about speeding my case? Dear, I always pray with ALLAH that if this is good for my both lives then awards me this visa otherwise I am far better where He want me to keep.

I´m not defednign Salman AHmed Qurshi, just let us see you when u have another language and have a test like IELTS in this language I wish u could score half of what he did!
Also, God really helps Canada as it has alot of people like u who r only here to talk like this impolite way u did. At least Canada is still seeking immigrants coz it has alot of useless people like u. Just go and do something useful in your life instead of talking this way about people here. Also u r using anonymous coz sure u have no courage to use a fixed name. At least we r qualified people to come from CIC view not some one like u who thinks him self William Shekspeer and if ever not Canadian and applied to CIC, I´m sure they will kick u out of door.
