Subject: Chances for an Automobile Engineer

I am an automobile engineer with 15 years experience in automotive after sales service industry. I am planning to apply for PR to Canada. I am 38 yrs old. What are my chances? Are there any chances for people other than mechanics from automotive industry?
Presently i am designated as a manager in this industry.
