In goods to follow list if i declare personal items and electronic items and also my car and then later if the goods are no more with me and hold no more value to me andif I am unable to bring them with me later is it a crime or something.

Similarly if I intend to buy a car or other items in US ( after I have landed in Canada) while finally moving take it later then can I declare it in advance in goods to follow list.

1st part: No problem. Items you list in "goods to follow" list that you later do not want to bring is no problem. Canada customs is only interested in matching up what you actually bring with what´s on the list.

2nd part: Not possible. You cannot add any item (especially a car) that you do not own and list at time of landing. A car must have its VIN number on the "goods" or "goods to follow" list", and therefore cannot be included if not yet purchased. You can´t add it later after landing either. You´ll have pay import duty, provincial, and federal taxes on any U.S. car purchased and imported after landing.
