Subject: Leaving US after submitting application
Hello,
I have just submitted my application to Buffalo. Now I want to leave the US and work in another country. Will I have to come back to America to finish the process. I am hoping I will have an interview waived. What do I need to do ? Thank you very much for your help.

You wont need to come back to the US. Make sure your driving license and other important documents are spelt exactly the same because in Canada you may face a tough time.

Thanks Perfect,
I will have all the necessary documents I need. I was just worried that it will be a problem when ask for updated information during Initial assessment for current employer and I already left the country. Anyway, thanks.

When moving out of US, keep a mailing address in US and update CIC with new residential address. Remember, if you are asked to attend an interview you will have to come to US.

Are you an American? If so you´re fine. BUT....

If not you will be in violation of Regulation 11 of IRPR. If your a foreiner and not residing in the States you can not submit an application to Buffalo RPC.

Lets say you get a position in another country and your PPT shows you have been admitted there to work and live and you have not declared you not being a US citizen sre still not residing in the States.

I am not american. I´ve been working here for 3 years. I am still resident of the US at the time of application. However my company may relocate me overseas to work on a project for a year. I don´t understand the violation. What is PPT? Thanks

I can´t find regulation 11 and what it says. Please shed some light. I rather withdraw the application and apply when I get back then running in unintended troubles.
