Subject: Car insurance in Canada - how much ? |
|
|
|
Following previous posts, everyone seems to agree that car insurance in Canada is very expensive.
I guess it depends on several factors, though I still would like to know how much can we expect to pay ? or where on the internet can I get information about this ? Or anybody can share how much they pay ? Does it depend on the province or only on the driver and car ?
Thanks, we like to be prepared.

(in reply to: Car insurance in Canada - how much ?) all of the above. in BC look at www.icbc.com
in BC we get a discount for safe driving. Try and get as much information from your current insurer as possible and hopefully, the Canadian system will take your previous driving record into account.

(in reply to: Car insurance in Canada - how much ?) CBV,
Per other post. You´re absolutely right. You´ll need the hardcopy driving records for the insurance company. So might as well just get the records for both purposes. I wasn´t thinking.
