To all users of this forum:
First, I wish you the best for this Xmas. You have all being supportive and informative. Without your advise, I wouldn´t had applied for the visitor visa and have the opportunity to see my family. In spite of the delays in my PR application, CIC gave the opportunity to see them for this season.
Second, I just want to confirm that for PR applicants whose paperwork is being processed, it is possible to apply for the Visitor Visa (now called Temporary Resident Visa). I obtained mine for unlimited entry within one year period.
