Hi
I need to know the procedure to add the information related to my newly born baby. Is their any form for that ?
I have received my Medical documents just now and my Interview is weaved. So will their be a Medical for my baby also?
I will appreciate a quick response.

First would u plz share your timeline with us?
Second, to your question
- 6 photos for the baby with name and date of brith written on back
- Birth certificate in English
- Pay the fees for the baby
- add the baby to him mom Passport and photo copy that page.
- write a letter to CIC explaining for them the situation.
I had this situation before and all I told u is what the officer his self told me and what exactly I did.

Thanx brother warrior. Actually my interview is waived and I got Medical , Police Cert. and Landing Fees requirements just now.
Time Line
Applied: Feb 2003
Got IELTS Requiremnts in Feb 2004
Passed IELTS in Marcha and sent the results
Got the letter for Medical Decd 2004
Baby born in Nov 2004.

Didn´t u submit IELTS when u initially submitted your application? Why did they ask for it again. Where did u apply? When did u get interview waived.

Hi Mazhar,
I had gone through similar situation this year in March. We received waiver and medical request in Feb 2004 but my wife was pregnant and baby was expected in March. So, I informed CIC, London and they advised me to submit following docs to get the baby´s medical form
1. Submit attested copy of Baby´s Birth Certificate in English
2. Submit 4 photographs
3. Submit Passport Copies (We applied for a new passport and got it in 7 days from Indian Embassy, Dubai.
I submitted all the above docs and in 2 weeks I received medical form for my baby. We all went for medical in May 2004 and got out visas stamped in Aug.

anybody know this me and my wife in canada studying in the college in the same time she got pregnant. we are pakistani on student visa.
can we be elligible for immigration or citizen ship in canada or not.

Dear sir/ madam
I have question for new baby born.we are apply for Quebec after received the medical test,we do that except my wife that no pass X-ray test.so now I need to know how get new CSQ for new baby?what document they need?and what is the mailing address?what bank for pay 162$ and account number for money order?
