No time limit. When you can manage the appoinment.

BUT, carefully access the reasons for the denial. Don´t want to scare you, but it gets tougher after the 1st refusal. Specially try to come up with good reasons that may explain that you would return to Pakistan certainly..Like showing good jobs..high bank balance..family ties..properties...

NO IDEA.

Though I know it happens...sounds weird but true. Sometimes just at their will & wish they deny.

You should only re-apply if your circumstances has changed since your last application, if nothing has changed, do not reapply because you will waste your processing fee.

Change in circumstances mean a new job with higher pay and responsibilities, new real estate acquired etc.

There is no time limit to reapply for a US B1 visa, you can even apply again the next day but will your circumstances changed within 24 hours?

Just want to add that when my mother-in-law (from India) got a B1 visa rejected for USA she was not allowed to re-apply for the next 6 months.

Don´t know about Pakistan though

CB, You probably inadvertantly disclosed your nationality! Watch out.
