i am landing immigrant. I was main applicant. If i divorce from my wife, can she able to stay in Canada or she will deported.

There are many things that would depend whether she can stay or not. If you don´t mind state the status here and more detials about the reason for the divorce as that may play role as well.

I am landed immigrant in 2001 and after a year I went back home married my fiance. That time I found he had a lover at home. He asked my forgive and explain this as our depart. I trusted him at that time and we finished our wedding at home. Then I came back Canada to start sponsor procedure. On the beginning of this year he landed and became a pernement resident. But since then, he totally changed into a stranger and started discuss divorce with me. I found his letter, which stated that he was trying to divorce in order to sponsor his lover. I wonder IS this fact can prove that he came only to get immigrate statue and if I complain, Can he be deported from Canada? Where I can get more detail information about this?
