Just got the mail and another single mom can stay. That is two that will have PR status. No where is the decisions considered legal precedents that others can depend on.
Sooner or later common sense will prevail----hopefully sooner then later.
The main problem is that Hong Zhang only has a deferral of removal until they look at her H&C application which could be tomorrow or two years from now or LONGER.

This Un-Wed mother today was asked by CIC to prove who the biological father of her child was and the status of her sons biological father. There was no issue of custody so I hit the roof. This lady like all others (IN CANADA) are covered by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Maybe the other five will now be allowed to stay.

I know your Modus Operandi, you have to show proof of your successes instead of crowing about them.
Your website has two cases, the Chinese woman and the Portuguese people but these people have only been granted temporary stay, whenever they are granted Permanent Residence, then you should began crowing.
If there were more cases like these, your website would have been filled up with your boasts.
There are many similar cases like yours done by lawyers and other consultants, but why should they name their clients or publicise their clients for their own selfish gains?

You are the most negative person on this forum.
You were in my office yesterday and YOU MET the lady in question personally. It is one thing to post newspaper articles but a totally different to list clients names who have not authorized the release of their personal information.
I win H&C cases so could you be jealous, who knows. I will contact the client to see if she will allow me to post her name.
