hello
please help me understand this!!!!
I received a letter from immigration and checked the site and it say´s
I applied for H&C, and THE LETTER states " this referes to your application for permanent residence from within canada on H@C..... I THOUGHT I SHOULD GET THE CONFORMATION ON H@C FIRST THEN I APPLy FOR PERMENAT RESIDENCE.
PLEASE Clarify the procedure in this case

H&C is an application for permanent residencey from within Canada. If the letter says it is transferred to local office ask again in four years.
