i have done my MBA and now wants to work in U.S and have an experience of 2 years of working for my father and i just want to ask that what is a better way to get H1 Visa ? should i contact any Agency like H1base or what i do ? please help me in this matter too like you guys are always helpful n thanx in Advance.

All depends on how valuable youy are in the US market.
Most likely (as I prefer) don´t go for any agency, they simply make money out of you.
Prepare a good resume and start sending and see the reaction. USE any US ADDRESS/PHONE for the best result. If don´t see any hope then contact the agencies.
If you can manage an employer who will be willing to sponsor you then it´ll depend on the terms you reach with your employer. Like who´ll bear the cost (it is a costly process keep in mind), when they´ll do the processing..H-1 can´t be obtained any time in the year. You have to apply within March/April and can start working from October if approved.
