Mentally Impaired , Who has taken special education for grade 7 and 9 , ARe they allowed to sponsor? While sponsoring do they ask to provide medical report from the sponsor ie who is going to sponsor. ? Is there is any clause in immigration laws for such prople.
If yes what happens if they are divorced or some thing goes wrong ?

your question is a little bit confusing. A canadian who wishes to sponsor someone must qualify. I do not think education or medical conditions are part of the questions. Income is. There is information on the CIC website that should help you.

That´s correct, education does not play any role in this case. Which makes sense because whether you are educated or not you should be able to sponsor your family. ALL people should be treated equally (except criminals).
This pulls another question: Why does CIC give more points for people who know English/French language? That is also education, isn´t it? Well that is another story.

it is assumed that a sponsor is already either born in Canada (therefore language is not an issue) or has qualified to enter as a permanent resident. Why language is not a requirement for all classes of immigration is a very good question. I am sure it would cause all sorts of problems where a principle applicant qualifies but the accompanying spouse does not.

Anonymous: you got this wrong: There´s not a required amount of money to sponsor somebody. People on disability pension(750 can a month) are allowed to sponsor. The requirement is not to be on Social Assistance or in you declared bankruptcy you must discharge it.

why does the sponsorship application have endless questions about earnings if virtually anyone can financially qualify.
