  Hi to all members
CIC website states if spouse or com.partner is having two or more university degrees and 15 years of full time education applicant can claim 4 pts .
in my case my spouse having one university degree and total of 16 years full time education ,how many points i can claim for adoptibility under federal skilled worker categeory.
please help me .

Hi Hazel,

Your application should be awarded 4 points under adoptability (spouse´s education). In order to receive the 4 points, your spouse must meet following criteria:

"A two or three-year university degree, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies"
