| Subject: Family Arrest order |

After we fail our refuge claim my family and me received a deportation letter.
We had a meeting with our immigration officer to discuss the details of our departure. We express to her our wish to fly directly to our country but she refused and instead she told us she will to put us in hands of US immigration arguing it was our original port of entry to Canada. We were not agreed and took the decision to fly out Canada 2 day before the departure order date. We mail a letter to her explaining the situation and included a copy of the fly tickets and the original ID we received at the time we enter Canada.
Now we know we have an arrest order.
What can we do to clear our names?
We have everything to prove we live outside Canada.
