Subject: withdraw a sponsorship (1344A) part A -1 ???
 
I want to choose to withdraw a sposorship of my spouse in case when I am found inadmissible (form 1344A part A -1) with repayement of 75$.

If I remake an application will it be a delay by Immigration Canada?
In the guide is written that I can remedy my situation and reapply.
In the schema at the end of guide IMM 3900 the shema show that no file is even open?
I heard about the delay of 1 year to reapply???
