Hey Guys,
I need help very badly.
Currently, I am waiting responses from CIC officers at Buffalo. It has
been more than 15 months since I applied. However, I am gonna change my status soon: get married after very few months. It has been brought to my attention that in the mean time before I get married the CIC officers might ask me medical or other things. She lives outside Canada and I live in Canada. But I wanted to add my wife immediately after we engaged and want them to wait me for few months (maybe 2 or 3 months ).
I need you experience on this regard.
Shall I ask them that I am gonna marry and ask them to wait me until all the documents are ready or update later after I get married even if I get the medical form ?
I appreciate if you guys help me. I am very worried right now.

CIC will not wait for you to get married! Either get married right away or wait until after you get married to add your wife.
This is the simplest way I can suggest. May be other users have more advises!

There is no such a thing as "wait" when CIC is processing the application. You may withdraw the application or add your wife to your application once you get married.
Or wait until you become a PR and then get married. If you get married before you become a PR, you MUST inform CIC ASAP otherwise you will never be able to sponsor your wife and they may come after your PR due to misrepresentation.

I think you don´t have to worry much. Just get married then inform. That is it. Or wait until you get your PR
