Hi,
If Medical / FBI clearance does not come before interview, do they still take interview? Do they still issue result of interview or they wait for medical, FBI clearance to come?
Can someone share experience?

Raj,
PCC or Medicals has nothing to do in order to attend the interview (unless you are askd specifically to attend the interview with those documents...). If you have those beforehand then it will save time for you, else you will be instructed to obtain in specific time period.
If visa officer doesen´t say anything about the interview then you should ask for the decision.
