  im in a process of my PR and last month i submitted my updated documents and now one of the employer is offering me job in Canada if i get immigration visa and wiling to send me a letter but without approval of HRDC so do u guys think that the only letter will help me little if i send it to CHC ? please guide me in that .......thanx in Advance

Anything that makes you appear to be able to establish yourself better will of course improve your application. You could ask your potential employer to try to obtain you a HRSDC approval.

If you are american or mexican you may not need HRSDC approval by NAFTA (there are exceptions for certain professions). That was my case. I did not need it.

Correct Carlos. Sajan did not state which country he is from and what is his profession.

That is the problem with some of these postings, lack of details.
