you mentioned you are Canadian and that this drama you are discussing is affecting your community etc. Those facts may or may not be true.
The only fact we know is that you are posting from outside Canada. Why is this such a serious issue for you when you are not even in the country?

How many Canadian citizens and PRs who live & work abroad? whether they work for Canadian companies or for their own? is this against the law? When you live abroad do you normally cut all your ties with Canada, local community, friends and etc etc? Do I need to take permission from you before I leave Canada to work abroad just because you are a third fourth fifth Canadian born generations? and how long have I been abroad? Haven´t I said this story started almost 4-5 months before the treaty of safe third country took effect? meams mid 2004. and If I am making stories would this justify your (too many) fairy tails? and are you the guardian of this forum? are you the principal of this school (sorry this forum)?
Haven´t I offered you proof of our stories and given you the choice?
Can you live and survive without fiction, fairy tails and creating fights and venoms and fumes in this place and others?
OR are you taking the revenge because I took the initiave and courage to expose your fairy tails to the public here?

nobody is remotely suggesting you are not free to live or work anywhere you like.
What perplexes me is why you are so facinated with something half way around the world that you cannot validate in any way shape or form. Everything is pure speculation. The only purpose in my mind is to trap some consultant into giving ´shady´ advise or you have a hate on for this guy and you are looking for ways to cause trouble.
forget the protesting and accusations and insults - just explain why you are insisting on creating thread after thread about something that is none of your business.

At least it is a true life story that may benefit positively some new immigrants and help them avoid pitfalls. In contrast you are making fiction stories about your fiction guy in soemwhere in N Africa. Leave alone the Departure Bay fairy tails, made by AKA sharon AKA DB.

LOL, the guy who is minding everyone elses business is telling me to have a life. that is hysterical.
as for my fairy tales (tails are part of an animal) - there are several photos of DB over at Road to Canada. If you can get past the moderator over there, have a look. As for my fiction guy, he says ´Hi to the stupid donkey´.

Tails and tales are all key board fiction error.
Everyone can have pictures collectied in google and stick somewhere in some forums....you are very smart equally with your guy who would say to me "hi... stupid donekey" in our (me* him) common language.

if you are so suspicious of everyone, why would you bother coming on an internet forum. For all you know we are all fakes - Balwant, Roy, Departed Canada, Raj, all of us. We just make up fake identities and carry on here for pure entertainment. We even collect up pictures of strangers and post them in a forum to fool people. Every question here is fiction, every person here is lying, and a variation of 2-3 trolls that hang out on immigration forums to confuse the world.

Can´t you see this woman is a complete idiot. Why are you wasting your time with her.
She said we are all fakes, maybe she, Roy and the others she listed are fakes but not me.
I existed and I use my own name but this woman is not using her own name. She is here to slander people like what she did to me many times and she is getting the backing from her sidekick consultant friend.
Sutar, none of us here are concerned with which country you are from or where you are writing from, but this woman wants to track everyone on this forum.
I stopped using this woman anonymous name or calling it as it is full of poison.

we have a choice to make. either we are going to assume everyone here is lying or we can assume that people are here representing themselves in an honest way. Sutar cannot accept the same accusations he is willing to dish out - that hardly seems fair. If you cannot decipher that from my post about everyone lying perhaps you need to read it again.
I don´t give a rats a$% where Sutar is from or where he is living. I do however wonder why he is going on an on and on about a possible refugee/possible marriage of convenience in Canada when he is not even living there. doesn´t that make you wonder?
Balwant, you want to be treated respectfully, then it might be nice if you treated other members of this forum in the same way. All week we have been getting along nicely... let´s keep it that way.

SutarB claims he is concerned about someone who may have violated the Immigration Act. NO PROBATIVE EVIDENCE!
May have snucked into Canada illegally, filed a refugee claim in Canada before the Law was changed to not allow anyone in the states from entering Canada to make a claim, may have filed a false refugee claim, may have been sponsored by a spouse in a marriage that may be false. That may be this or could be that who could of stolen a couch, some clothes.
HE IS CONCERNED ABOUT HIS COMMUNITY BUT DOES NOT RESIDE IN CANADA????
HIS COMMUNITY PROBABLY REFERS TO ONLY THOSE WITH MONEY OR CERTAIN CONNECTIONS AND DEFINATELY WOULD NOT INCLUDE ANY INDO-GUYANESE BECAUSE THEIR NOT REAL INDIAN CITIZENS OF CLASS.

You certainly have an issue with Balwant. I was out of it as almost every member in here is. I used to follow your posts with all my respect. Only last night and today I started to know your real (YOU). You are here for a business, no more no less...which is ok. But ethics and respect are very important components for long term successful business. I am sorry as now I feel you worship the DOLLAR more than anything else. If you can sell anyone with one dollar how can I trust recommending you to anyone I know? Think about it.
