I am Canadian and I moved to America to marry an American citizen. I´ve been here 2 years however have only had my PR for one of those years.
We´d like to move back to Canada and are wondering which CIC application form pertains to us? Which one do we need to fill out?
Also, would I lose my PR status here in America if I left and went back to Canada? Would I have trouble on subsequent visits to America to see relatives on my husband´s side? In other words, can they ban me from the States?
