I have recently completed my medical for student visa for January 2008 college start.
My 90 days to revive my status will be over on November 13th. I will be catching a plane back to India on November 25th. I am planning to leave back to India, since I will probably have not heard back from Immigration Canada by November 13th.
Since I will be leaving Canada past my 90 days, will this cause me problems when coming back to Canada in January 2008? Will I be deported?
