my brother has a registered website business in U.S and deals with customers over the internet name called homecommsion and i just want to ask that whether he can sponsor me for H1 visa or not ? if he advertise in newspaper or just fallow the same proces so is it possible or not ?

H-1 has nothing to do with newspaper ad. That is needed as the 1st step of Green Gard processing called labor certification.
H-1 needs US Dept. of Labor salary certification which ceertifies that you won´t be paid under than any American citizen.
I can´t tell whether he can sponsor you just based of this few info. He has to justify how you meet the H-1 requirements. His tax record must be clear...and has many others factors.
