Subject: time it takes

hi..I have applied for immigration to quebec in the investor category from india.however i have yet to get my chc file no. from damascus or an invitation for an exploratory visit.I have sent my draft 2 months back which has not been realised.does any one have any idea how long it takes or whats going on .if anyone has any experience id welcome some advice.
