  Help Please,

does anyone know if you can resubmit the IELTS test after 90 days?
In August i received a letter from CHC informing me that I had 30 days to reply their request of updating my files with a IELTS test. Apparently they had send me a letter back in April which i never received and now I had 30 days to reply. I promptly set up a IELTS test appointment and went to the test unprepaired. I see now that it was a mistake. I scored: reading 6, listening 6.5, writing 7 and speaking 8.5. Enough to give me 12 points. I am now at 65 points overall and have recently received a letter asking me to send original language documents proving my French levels. I have 60 days to reply.
I might get two points from the TEF but find it safer resitting the IELTS in order to claim my full 16 points in English language skills.
I am aware that IELTS only allow resitting after 90 days.... but how does the Canadian High Comission view this??? Does anyone know this?

If you can retake IELTS go ahead and do it. Once the immigration officer has both your old and new scores he will use new scores to award you language points.

Thanks for the quick reply Samm...

I hope that you are right. My only problem being that I haven´t been able to find any definite answer in the documentation.

But I believe you are right, what a relief.

Good luck everyone.
