My application is managed by the High Commission of Canada in London, UK. I have been asked recently to submit my RPRF. I went today to the bank to issue a draft check for the RPRF. In the draft check form I filled the name of the recipient as the High Commission of Canada. The clerk advised me that the correct name: Receiver General for Canada. I got confused and did not issue the draft check so that I can submit my question here guys: What is the right name to issue draft check for? As I mentioned, my application is managed by the High Commission of Canada in London, UK.
Thanks in advance for your help

(in reply to: URGENT: Draft Check for RPRF) I took it under the name of ´Canadian Consulate General´. It should be present in the RPRF requested document or see the Visa office specific instructions for London, UK

(in reply to: URGENT: Draft Check for RPRF) no. the names are interchangable. - put both and you don´t have to worry any further!
High Commissioner of Canada/Receiver General
make sure you send the funds with a registered letter or some means of tracking to insure it arrived safely.

(in reply to: URGENT: Draft Check for RPRF) I do not know if "for" or "of" will make a difference but this morning I wrote a cheque for $5 for CAIPS Notes for a client and the CIC instructions stated clearly:
RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA
