Hi everyone! babu here from philippines. im here to ask some important questions regarding my application for permanent resident visa.
I applied for tourist visa 1 year ago and got denied. I got married last Oct. 6, 2007 and my husband will sponsor me so we´re gonna apply for permanent resident visa. Now my questions are 1. does my previous tourist visa application affects my permanent resident visa application? the thing is, it was his mom who invited me b4 and we didnt even mention about my him, since b4, he was just moved to victoria and financially incapable to invite me, so we had decided then that its best if his mom who will invite me since she is financially stable. 2. what are some of the medical issues that will affect visa application 3. What are the usual things that will affect application for PR visa.
We have all the proof that our relationship is real, like emails, chatlogs, video and phone calls, pictures of our wedding and honeymoon. 4. What are my chances to have a PR visa?
Because im married to a canadian,and im sure that our relationship is genuine, 5 . Should i just worried of when it will approve or is there any chances that ill get denied?
