Hello,
My multiple visa had expired a yr back and i have to go india next month on Dec 15. Now, i send it to Seattle which is close to Vancouver where i live. But now i m not sure if i have send enough docs to satisfy the officer as the checklist doesnt ask for doc. related to registration for winter semister but anyhow i send the following docs:
Form,
passport,
Application fees (Bank Draft), $150
Photocopy of Study Permit,
2 Photographs,
Bank Letter for proof of funds,
letter of Acceptance from my university
Photocopy of return ticket (Schedule only)
Please tell me if this is enough and how long does it take to receive the original passport from Seattle ?

They need all that is in the checklist. Do not send what is not asked.
I think you also need Medical Tests done or valid if done earlier. (12 months is validity)
2-3 weeks would be the normal time to process if there is not much rush now.
