Subject: POlice Clearance
am currently in US on H1B visa.I was interested in applying immigration to Canada for skilled worker category.I am having few questions ,please help:

1)Do I have to supply Police Clearance (from my home country,India) and FBI police clearance along with the application or it can be done later.

2)Do the police clearance certificate should be send directly by FBI to Processing Center or first they should send to me and that I have to send Processing Center

3)Me and my wife are in US for almost 5 years, working for minimum 2 years in US(Total exp. almost 3.5 for my wife and for me also 5 years).Still do we need to take IELTS?

Please reply as I am eager to apply soon.I appreciate your response

1) Police clearance will be asked by Consulate during the later stage of the process. Not required to be submitted now.

2) Forget about the process until consulate asks you to do it.

3) yes, IELTS is required for primary applicant and not for both. If not taken and submitted, possible chances of a slow processing as they have to give points for language without proof and also chances of calling for an interview.

Let me know if I can be off any other help.
