hey guys im currently driving tractor trailer here in alberta, so is my brother in his home country, can he apply under the Provincial Nominee Program to work in alberta?

It depends on your brothers home country. Sask has a program but you must be legal to drive in the province you apply in. In Sask. they have a reciprocal agreement with six countries including South Korea but they require really high English skills.
The Sask, PNP and most other provinces are begging for truckers but some PNP programs for truckers makes it far too difficult. Once here try leasing your own rig you should be able to make huge salary
