Subject: faster immigration
  hello,
we are from the phils and would like to apply for immigration.if we submit our application here then work in Singapore and got our PR in Singapore first,somebody told us if we change our address after receiving our Singapore PR,it would shorten our waiting period.Is this true?thanks in advance

I understood her.
what she meant is that, If she will going to work in Singapore next week (becuase she has a job offer)is there any advantage
if they will going to apply for immigration in the Philippines
& later on change the address by informing the embassy.
