I have been advised in my interview that i have been
apporved under the skilled worker category but may
need another medical and police clearance as they expire
in 1 year.
I am on study permit expiring in december and i have to
go back home for a month in january.
Is there any visa that I can apply that can help me regain entry into canada awaiting my PR.

(in reply to: Regaining entry while awaiting Permanent Residency) Hi Simran,
I met a guy just like you a few years ago who was exactly in the same state where you are atm. I didnt know though what happened to him. But its for sure that you should talk to Immigration Canada or a Lawyer about this issue as staying illegally in a country could take you into more problems.

(in reply to: Regaining entry while awaiting Permanent Residency) Many foreign students are eligible to apply for a work permit following graduation. This option may allow you to extend your stay in Canada while awaiting for your permanent residence visa. I definetly think you should contact qualified counsel for advice. Regards, Camilla
