Hi CBV333,
i did not find the link to download fingerprint card.
What i understand is you have to order finger print card and you can only do that if u have OCI number. Anyway Lisa Try the below link
(http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/forms/orderingfps.htm)
and get info by calling them if is possible to get fingerprint card.
i myself is in that process as the local police is far away and if i can obtain fingerprint card i would prefer that.
But i doubt if that can be done.

I don´t think you have time to submit the finger prints , you can submit the finger prints later after AOR as well.There are many cases in Trackitt.com who have not submitted police certificate,IELTS and proof of funds and still have there AOR.
You can apply for police certificates in parallel, Say something in ur PR application like applied for police certificates and will submit as soon as you recieve them.

Ya You r right..Rkumar i would not wait for pcc because if i get pcc from US in 10 days also ,indian embassy r going to take minimum 3 weeks after which they asked me to call them. well just trying to finish things what ever i can?
