I am a failed refugee claimant from Phillippines. Can I apply for both CAIPS notes and FOSS notes at the same time for myself?
what is the difference between CAIPS and FOSS?
How much fees do I have to pay?

So you wish to apply for both, why?
CAIPS are computer based notes regarding any applications you had outside of Canada and Foss are computer based notes regarding any applications you had inside Canada.
