I was not referring to fingerprint cards. You can dowload the form for fingerprinting called FD-258, it is in pdf format
Follow the link below
http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm
Then go down to the instructions "how to request a copy of your record" then go to point #2, and click on the link to the form FD-258
That is the one you need to dowload, YOU DO NOT NEED THE FINGERPRINTS CARD for Canada immigration.

i saw that link , that means i can take fingerprints myself and send it to fbi for police clearance .
Am i right? Actualy we donot need fingerprint card for canada immigration but we need card for taking the fingerprints and send to FBI , for which we have to local police station and ask if they do it.
But in case of Lisa the local authorities do not do it so she can do it herself as suggested by you...IF i am uderstanding everything right

Yes you can do it yourself as FBI allows it. You can also go to a police station, it is your choice.
You don´t need the card for taking FBI fingerprints just that form FD-258 which is a pdf format of that card.
If you want to go to a police station then yes maybe you need the card as they may not accept the form but why bother if you can do it yourself !!
Yes Lisa or anyone can do it by themselves as FBI allowed it and CIC was fine with that for us so it has to work for everyone.
