| Subject: Update my Immigration file after my marriage |

I am an Indian citizen. I live and work in Dubai. My Immigration for Canada has been in process since Feb 05, 2004. . I got married last month in Noida, India. I have registered my marriage with Registrar, Noida and the marriage certificate is also attested and endorsed by Ministry of External Affairs. However I could not get a marriage certificate from the Magistrate due to a highly outdated procedure whereby one has to wait for one month and then appear in person before the magistrate and I have had to come to Dubai after 2 weeks of marriage.
Now I would like to inform Canadian Immigration about my marriage; i.e update my immigration file. Could someone please tell me whether
(1) Registering your marriage with Registrar of Marriages, Noida would be sufficient to convince CIC? Do I also need to enclose photos of my marriage ceremony and honeymoon with the supporting application?
(2) Is there any information avaialble on the website which I can use to update my Immigration file with my marriage and job change status
(3) I came to Dubai 2 years after submitting my application in New Delhi. Do I need a good conduct certificate from Dubai police and enclose the same with the application?
(4) Do I need to take one more IELS test as the one enclosed with the application was taken more than 3 years back.
I would highly apprecite a response to the above queries. Thanks in advance for your time.
