| Subject: T4 and W2 form |
I just received IA with medical form, RCPM clearance and additional documents. They also asked me to submit W2 or T4 form (income report) from my current empoyement.
what is W2?

A W2 is a form that employers give each of their employees at the end of each year that states how much they earned for the year, how much they paid in taxes, etc. It´s used filling in the information on U.S income tax returns.
I can´t really think of a better way to describe it so I hope this helps.

Yes W2 is the tax return for USA which you should send a copy to the immg office. T4 is the same for canada.
