| Subject: Can I land and Return to US on Advance Parole |

Hi- I am working is US on EAD: 6 years H1B visa is expired. My Canadian PR visa is expiring in January 08. Please advise me if I can complete my "landing" process and return back to US on advance parole? What kind of risks are involved in returning back? Wil it have it any impact on my US green card processing? Please advise me as soon as possible as I am running out of landing expiration time. Thanks. Shravan

Theoretically no risk. In Canadian side, absolutely no problem, just tell that you´ll need some time to move fully...
I would strongly suggest you to visit US immigration post at the border and let them know before departing. Then they´ll enter you into their system and will prevent you from future hassle.
