hi
my friend wants to apply for PR as SW.
he has canadian family members his aunt (but she passed away!) and her children. can he claim points for this?
also his wife has an infant nephew (his father is canadian, but his mother -her sister- not yet).can he claim points for this?

Relative (in reply to: relatives) Hi,
In both of the scenarios, they both count as relative. However, the maximum points you can claim is 5 points for having relatives in Canada, no matter how many relatives you have in Canada.
