I am H1B visa holder working in puerto rico, i would like to start the prosses to immigrate to canada, i would like to know where can i submit the form, or any advise on how to start the prosses.

Can start by learning how to spell "process". Not meaning to be unfriendly, but you need to speak and write minimally well in English to be successful in Canada.
