Yesterday I learned that there are still 353 Ontario PNP certificates available in the Employer/Employee driven category. Ontario PNP is a pilot project.
One can consider that to be a negative or a positive. A potential Immigrant that could apply in this category could view it as WOW super I can still apply, Another can view it as the program failed because only 147 have applied and been successful obtaining a certificate.
I questioned the Ontaro PNP people and they defended their program based on they have not been promoting it properly.
What do you people think?
