just want to ask that how long it take to get the approval from HRDC if employer is ready to apply for that ?.....i got the job letter but its not approv yet but my employer in canada is willing to do that so how long will it take to process everything. i am in process of as a skilled immigrant.

Depends.. what province?. In the province of Alberta takes about 13 weeks to get an LMO approved or rejected from HRDC.
Your employer should be able to gather all the information required in about a week or two.
