ROY if I apply as a SW and I am almost 67 (66/68) and if I have in the BANK CAN$ 150.000

DO YOU THINK that will work

this is not a tricky question, I mean if there are really 150.000 not borrowing

As the saying goes, money talks and bullshit walks. With a ton of money you can have the monkey brought down from the mountain. So your best bet, when your points are borderline, is to show you got pockets full of greenbacks so you won´t become a public charge. I know of another person, of East Indian origins, get the PR approved though he did not do well with points and somehow had problems with IELTS. He is doing fine except he found no job and is fiddling around with starting a small business of some kind.

The issue Speedoflight is establishment in Canada. $150,000 CA will buy you a nice house on the east coast but stay away from the three gate cities because a shck sells for more.

So unlike Low Expectations I recommend you show how you intend to establish yourself instead of marrying a skinny ass Russian.
