Subject: change of employer-please help |

i have applied for pr under skiiled catogory and my work experience is about 6 years,now i have quit that job for some reasons,noc code was 0611,should i continue work with another employer with same noc code or can i change the noc code or designation,there is vaccancy in my husband business for 0611,can i work in the firm of my husband,would i get the 21 points of work experience if i am working under my spouse as my employer.this is the forum of very-2 intelligent persons,please help and guide me.

(in reply to: change of employer-please help) As long as your new job´s NOC is under Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC) you should be fine.
If it is not but still you can manage 4 years of experience out of the last 10 years, in a job which satisfies the above criteria, again you should be fine.

Change of employer (in reply to: change of employer-please help) Good day! I am a temporary worker under low skill pilot and employed for almost 3 months. My question is can I change employer? A different employer got me an LMO would there be any problem switching?
