after all the papers for sponsorship are done, how does the sponsor put it all together to send.. just follow the document checklist order?

this may sound like a dumb question, but what if some things overlap? such as you want to send pictures of your wedding to supplement the Spouse Questionnaire form (IMM 5490) but it also needs to be attached for the part where it asks you to prove proof of relationship to sponsor? do people usually just paper clip all the photographs together instead at the end of the application?

also, last question, but when you send airline tickets, do you send the original, or make photocopies? thanks so much guys, sorry for so many questions, it can just be overwhelming sometimes.

hi mm85,

I just went through what you´re going through right now and all that we´re waiting for now is my husband´s visa to come out.

As for your questions:
Just follow the document checklist, for me what I did was put a sticky note on each file and paperclip them and arrange them chronologically, from question 1 to whatever.

for your pictures, that´s proof and they don´t want that stapled or taped, I put that on the file where they are asking for proof, just so that it´s all in one area, I used paperclip.
yes, attach some to the file and add some more, the more the better, but label them with sticky (one pile)
ie. questionnaire # 4 proof: pictures

for the airline tickets, just photocopy them, but make sure you photocopy all the pages, especially your name and your destination, also label them..

I find that labelling it and arranging it per questionnaire made more sense and it looked more organized..you´ll see what i mean when you´re done :)

hope this helps :) good luck!

just an added note:

make sure you send them your ORIGINAL letter of employment and RECENT TAX DOCUMENTS..read those again carefully coz i´m pretty sure they wanted those in their orignal form..and they will send it to you back, i got mine back after they´ve processed it here...
