Buffalo requested our passports and in novemember I was told to send it to them before Nov 15th they recieved the passports by the 9th of nov based on my tracking. The letter said I would get it back in no more than 15 business days. Considering the thanksgiving holiday in the USA I gave it still Dec 4th to get it back. But I am still waiting.
I am getting a bit worried because my daughter is supposed to be travelling with her passport overseas on Dec 12th.
My question is can they keep the passpost for longer then 15 days? When should I start to panic?
Is there any number I can call to actually speak to a human begin at the buffalo office.
I have sent emails but have not recieved a response as of yet I heard it could take up to 28 days to get a response to email.
I included a pre paid next day delivery envelope which is how I know it has not been sent back I have been tracking the number and nothing shows up.
I have used the http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/federal-skilled-workers/
It seems like everyone one that sent in their paasports after me has recieved the passports back already.
I am deperate now I have no no idea what to do

Buffalo as per another forum is backlogged and taking more than 15 working days to return the passports. You can write an email to ask them about the status and also let them know about your situation and hope for the best.
