Subject: Work Permit & Health Insurance Questions |

I am a U.S. Citizen, working in Canada (Quebec) with a Work Permit valid until May 22, 2008. But I am leaving my job and returning to the U.S. Through January I will be travelling back and forth between Canada and U.S. as I wrap up selling my house and packing up. So the question is...are there any issues with doing so? The work permit allows me to stay until May 22 but I cannot work for another Canadina company, right?
Question #2 - Given the situation above is my RAMQ health insurance card (again expires May 22, 2008 based on work permit status) still covering medical expenses while I and my family remain in Canada wrapping up our affairs?
Thanks!

(in reply to: Work Permit & Health Insurance Questions) You can tracel back and forth and are covered depending on any provincial law.
