Subject: CPR
My partner (main applicant) and I are applying for PR (skilled workers). Buffalo has just sent us our passports back with a letter and a CPR each.
I understand that each CPR needs to be duly completed and signed when going through customs. However, I am not sure whether the info in the letter apply to us or not: in the ´order of landing for families / delayed arrival´ section (does this apply to us even if we have been living and working in Canada for several years?), it is explained that the principal applicant has to present their CPR first.
What would happen if the main applicant could not have their CPR completed before their partner?

Principal applicant is the first one to land. Others follow later. If PA does not land you cannot land.

Hi,
These this applies to you too ....
I was the principle applicant and while my daughters were already living in canada on student visa, they still had to exit canada and "land" with me (or after later).
> one daugther actually met as at detroit and "landed" at Windsor. The other exited 2 days later and "landed" (without me) the same day.
Samm is right .... you can not "land" before your partner.
